Questions: Beautiful People, Ren, Corean, and Eyecandy

i have been going through these mods and looking at them, but i dont get something. It looks like Beautiful People merged several mods together which includes Ren. So does that mean if i install Beautiful People 2.7 i dont need Ren at all? and will it work if i install Corean? and if i install Eyecandy with it, would it still work and if i install like the high rez skins? thanks!

Yes!

No! Unless you don't merge them or use an already merged version of them. If you manage to merge them you may need to put manually every hair and eyes in the races window in the Cs as well! It's just a matter of patience, but it could be boring!

You can install Eyecandy and run it along with BP or Ren or the Corean mod. Though you may need to adjust your load order, or rather to make them compatible in some way, if something goes wrong! I don't recall if there are already some plugins which have already merged all that stuff. So search for them on this site or post your question in any Mod detectives thread here or on the official forums or rather on teseyecandy forums..

You can install Eyecandy and run it along with BP or Ren or the Corean mod. Though you may need to adjust your load order, or rather to make them compatible in some way, if something goes wrong! You cannot adjust load order for 'pure' texture/mesh replacer mod... All you have to do is get correct body textures for some custom races. For Corean Race, though you can use it with BP, you'll need some loading order adjusting(and beware vampire eye problem).

 

**For Corean Race, since it uses own head mesh per type, any other hairs except Corean hairs may not fit to head mesh well.

Well, I don't use the Corean mod, neither BP and Ren, nor Eyecandy!

I'm using Robertv4 for males and TFF beta for females, plus Capucine's eyes and hairs, that is! Though I'm using Slof's Cloud Leopards as a replacer for the Khajiit, Luchaire's Better Redguards for the Redguards, Kalikut's Chimer of the Light base for my High Elves and an alternate version of it for the Golden Saints. Plus Slof's Seamless Dremora (both Robert and UFF), customized Kafeidotour's Earrings (with the new textures, one for each race), Slof's Better Beasts as addon for the Khajjit and the Argonians and Throttlekitty's new head meshes (female version).

They live well together.. It's just a matter of patience, but using the CS, TES4Gecko and TES4Edit you can merge all that stuff. And there are more on the way!

Making an omod of all that stuff has been very useful (I did), as well as using Wrye Bash to merge over them TNR faces and to filter any issues with any mod (like Akaviri Khojiima) which introduce new races with altered eye's' meshes. This way you can easily avoid the 'google eyes'.

I can't have Ren mystic elves and corean hair for all races at the same time :s
