nightkiler3
The Elder Scrolls has had only one (real) book based off it, It's called The Infernal City By Greg Keyes - Random House Publishing Group (2009)http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&tok=0tB2tcs1Gba-CBY6rRcS9g&cp=16&gs_id=e&xhr=t&q=the+infernal+city&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&ion=1&biw=1366&bih=643&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=18174597925314849189&sa=X&ei=ZDpAT-j5I-aqiAKS-J2QAQ&sqi=2&ved=0CD0Q8wIwAg I'm going to partake in creating a mod that is based on(if not is) this. The reason I'm saying it's based on, is becuase I do not know what will be happening in the sequel. The Book itself is based ~40 years after the Oblivion Crisis, (~160 years ago), and is about a floating Island, flying accross Tamriel, and Killing all underneath it. After they are dead, the bodies are raised and turned into servents. http://bulk2.destructoid.com/ul/151937-elder.jpg It does resemble most floating islands out there, but this one actually has a purpose. I am not looking to do this mod completely by myself, but I am interested in designing the exterior/interior. I was wondering if anyone had any insights towards my project, and if anyone would like to create a quest in the future for it. The island itself will be at the farthest south-eastern corner of skyrim. Near Riften (almost litterally above the gate to the path to the rest of tamriel. What are people's thoughts? nightripper00
I'm going to assume that this will never happen. Shame. IKRIs the book good?OHGODYES!!!!! I got here looking for a mod based on coo the mechanical bird the main protagonist of the book owns...if at all possible...(stranger things have been done) my thoughts are a mechanical bird that can change from item to actor and back again and would let you speak to npcs from anywhere(given they're available for conversation)
Jusey1
I wouldn't mind watching this project but am curious. Are you doing a thing where you can find a way onto the island or trying to turn the books into an actual game so to say? Since obviously, having the island active is lore breaking due to well it no longer being in the sky by Skyrim's time.
