Hexxagone
This whole CC could be Bethesda wanting to own and profit from TES Renewal projects, and if TESR doesn't want to get hit with a take down notice they maybe forced to release their work on Creation Club so its released legally with no issues about downloading a separate file or whatnot. Bethesda could create a separate client for Skywind and charge full price for it. On the other hand, Bethesdas team could create all the armors/weapons/creatures and rig them with new skeletons, since those projects have a lack of 3D modelers. TheVampireDante
Except they don't accept existing works or projects. A line from their FAQ: Also, we won’t allow any existing mods to be retrofitted into Creation Club, it must all be original content.https://creationclub.bethesda.net/en While not in a released state those projects are existing works, so I doubt they'd be allowed through their system. Hexxagone
Unless they are referencing completed mods that are uploaded somewhere. Like taking a mod from Nexus and putting it on the CC. They come out with some loophole jargon that Skywind isnt a completed mod therefore is ok to upload when its done.

Hexxagone
Nice What im saying is, Bethesda might want to help TESR team finish their products and this might be a way for them to do it. Bethesda might see this as a win-win. Skywind and Skyblivion get developed with Bethesda so they create assets for them, bug test it etc Then they have a heavy hitter in their store. On the other side, TESR could really benefit from the official help and finally see their projects completed and gives them a legal way to distribute the mod. 1. Bethesda says only the Special Edition can be used for Skywind which makes people drop the original 2. They charge alot for the 2 projects 3. With more people playing Skyrim/Skyblivion/Skywind, it brings people back to spend money in their mod store on an old game. Helping Skywind and Skyblivion get released and then benefiting from the returning players might have been the original goal for the CC. Or i am going into conspiracy theory territory. Do you really expect Beth to offer support? c'mon, if they wanted that they could have done it by now, I dont say it might not happen, but I doubt will be what people would expect, they just might "join" the project and release a shitty trailer as a part of their work in the project and get the benefits out of it, not to mention since most of the work been done already, I doubt they would compensate the team behind the project for the time they already invested in the project. The Skywind/Skyblivion Team has no interest in putting their work behind any paywalls. Awesome news, I hope more will fallow. TeofaTsavo
When my tinfoil hat fails me, I use an electrified colander hat. Just saying. This is a common problem as most "tin" foil is actually not... it is aluminum. And seriously.. It would take far more than an ingame RMT microtransaction store to "force" me out of LE. This whole thing is targeted at Consoles, particularly the Playstation. It is a clever end-around Sony's restrictions. Zero impact on me, or my use of nexus. I also doubt this will impact as many Mod makers as people assume. People also "assumed" that SE would turn the LE nexus section into blowing tumbleweeds, banging shutters and cobwebs.
