Performance Help

I got Skyrim the other day completely confident that my computer could run it perfectly fine. Unfortunately, my computer can only run skyrim at 10-20 fps outdoors, 20-30 indoors with no NPCs around, and all settings on low with the exception of texture quality, which is on medium. Im hoping that anyone could give me some advice on how to improve the game's performance, without telling me to spend 200 some-odd dollars on a new graphics card, which i'll probably only use to play Skyrim.

My computer is a Toshiba Satellite L755, with an Intel® Core™ i5-2410M processor and 4 gigs of ram, running on Windows 7 64 bit.

I also have the Mines of Moria mod, the killable children mod, More Skyrim Monsters mod, and Tytanis' "ultimate mod".

Well, the truth of it is that you have a laptop running integrated graphics, so of course you can't play a new video game like Skyrim with any kind of decent settings. You can't add a new graphics card to a laptop either.

Ahh Idk.. The only thing I could think of with your computer, what you already did is to lower your in game texture quality, and your computers quality. And probably reduce your mods.

And actual you can upgrade your laptops graphic card.. But it's not going to be in a walk in the park.

So my best option is to get a new graphics card, and attempt to install it onto my laptop, hoping that it will work, which it probably wont? Guess I wont be playing skyrim any time soon.

Do some research for your laptop about graphics cards, so you can guarantee it will work. But I warn you if you haven't changed any graphic cards in a laptop before have a computer wiz do it for you.
