Game crashes with mods, what am I doing wrong?

I have FOSE working, ArchiveInvalidation working, my ENB is working I think

I have no idea what to do anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling each mod one at a time

Maybe something with a manual download like the ENB is what I messed up, I don't know

here is my load order if that helps solve anything

i have only the base fallout 3 game, no dlc

0 0 Fallout3.esm
1 1 Project Beauty.esm
2 2 MoiraCompanion.esm
3 3 Sydney Follower.esp
4 4 Vault 101 Revisited.esm
5 5 Flora Overhaul.esp
6 6 FollowersRelax.esp
7 7 Improved Megaton Home-All Themes.esp
8 8 KelseyCompanion.esp
9 9 DriveableMotorCycle.esp
10 a Sydney Follower - Load Order Fix.esp
in LOOT, which I have heard mixed reviews about, it says:
Vault 101 Revisited: FO3Edit found 33 ITM records, 9 deleted references and 2 deleted navmeshes.
DrivableMotorCycle: FO3Edit found 3 ITM records
I don't know what that means
When I ran a conflict filter in FO3edit it said that Project Beauty conflicted with Sydney, and that the Moira mod had a ton of red flags, so i uninstalled both and my game still crashed
Here is my fallout3 base folder as well if that helps: http://imgur.com/a/BGimC
Help please

Please provide the installed path to the game and your equipment specifications.

In the screen image you provided, you are showing a folder labeled "Fallout 3". What is this?

Also, do not ever use LOOT to sort Fallout 3 mods. It does not sort them correctly.

Please understand, conflicts occur when mods are added to the game. Any mod will show a conflict, that is what they do. Change something in the base game. This causes a conflict with the base game.

I removed all my fallout 3 mod data and did a fresh install. Is there any way to be able to directly solve which mode is being installed wrong so I can install everything correctly this time.

Fallout 3 has a problem with quad core and above CPUs. You need to go to Documents/My Games/Fallout3/Fallout.ini and open the .ini.

Find the line "bUseThreadedAI=0" and change the "0" to "1".

Immediately below that line, add "iNumHWThreads=2". Do not include the quotation marks. Save and exit. This will limit your CPU to two cores.

Play the game through the beginning and just before you exit the vault tunnel, make a save. Exit the tunnel and make a save in the wasteland.

Start adding mods, one at a time, checking in the game by loading the save in the wasteland to ensure the mod is functioning correctly. Continue until you have installed all your mods or the game crashes.

The last mod installed is causing the problem.

Installed only FOSE and now it's crashing again. Might just have to wait till NV to mod again. It always worked better for NV.
