AdoringStan
For some reason, when I go to place lights in the CS, the light itself is place, but not the markers that show where the light is and let you move it around and edit it. It's really bugging me and I couldn't find what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Sunnie
Did you hit M to toggle off all markers? Try hitting M again.
eric31415
Hit "M" to toggle markers on/off. Before you go feeling dumb, know that i once posted this same question. Edit - Ninja'd Edited February 20, 2012 by eric31415

AdoringStan
Yeah, I made sure that I did have markers toggled, and I even restarted the CS... so that's not it :(

AdoringStan
Okay, I'll try and get one up later. I won't be able to until later today, though.
SkjoldBjorn
Check the "View -> Show/Hide Window" see under the markers section and see if lights are unselected. If you unselect something in that window it will not turn on/off with "m" as you kinda filter it out. Also if you are using lights without shadows, those can be difficult to see without the radius borders showing, you can toggle them on/off with "L". I've lost light markers a few times now because i filter them out in order to only have other markers, when you have a interior with a lot of lights, they kinda dominate your viewport after a while :)
