CTD while leaving ustengrav

I was running through Ustengrav lately, with everythink working fine and well.

When I cleared the dungeon I wanted to leave through the main entrance. (There is no other one)

And since there I'm encountering random CTD during the loading screen to load Skyrim.

My modlist:

Skyrim.esm

Update.esm

I tried it with deactivating all all the mods below HighResTexturePack03.esp. I do not have the legendary edition. I also tried to send my follower home or to lower my graphics but it still crashed in the loading screen.

 

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Are you sorting your load order with loot? It should be;

 

Skyrim.esm

Update.esm

Dawnguard.esm

HearthFires.esm

Dragonborn.esm

Unofficial Sky Patch

No I'm using Nexus Mod Manager. I'll give it a try thanks.
