Need help with crashes . PLEASE

Hello there, I have installed oblivion after a decade or so with a lot of mods, however I have some issues with random crashing, instant crashing around Weynon priory or when waiting, fast travelling, etc.

I used OBMM to install all the mods and followed the instructions.

EDIT : the 4gb patch seemed to help out with the problem, hopefully it will stay this way. HOWEVER there is still some weird wall texture issue going on, do you guys have any idea what might cause it ?

edit : figured out in the end that all I had to do was change POM to 0 in the OblivionReloaded.ini ( in case someone else has the same problem too ) !

I am also struggling with crashes. For me, they occurred after installing Oblivion Reloaded. They happen during character creation, or shortly thereafter. I fear that there simply isn't enough support in the modding community to address these issues.

@gunnarka Are you using BOSS to order your ESPs? Are you using Wrye Bash to generate a Bashed Patch? It seems suspicious that you have All Natural but you don't have All Natural - Indoor Weather Filter For Mods (which needs to be used Bashed Patch for adding All Natural compatibility to many other mods). You should follow a debug procedure where you disable a set of mods, make a clean save, then see if it still crashes. Rinse, repeat until it stops crashing. Then start enabling mods one at a time until you find which one produces issues for you.

 

@TurkeyOnRye Oblivion Reloaded latest version (6.2) crashes almost every time when you go to New Game/character creation. Install the previous version (6.1) to get past that (or simply disable it for character creation) and once you are past character creation you can use the latest version. Seems fairly stably after that (more stable than the previous version that crashes almost every time when doing Exit to Main Menu which is basically every time I die and need to reload).

thank you guys for the response, my solution was the 4gb patch, everything works smoothly now. ( and maybe stutter remover too )
