remixcrash
Hey guys, I'm a complete newbie with the new creation kit for Fallout 4. I open up the creation kit and to me, it looks like a big jumble of things I know nothing about. I've seen some amazing quest mods over the years that have just fascinated me. I love the stories that people come up with and I've always wanted to put together one of my own. I suppose the five main "categories" of modding information I'm looking for is, the complete basics on the creation kit, armor/clothing mods, weapon mods, quest mods, and making entire new worlds. Macrophobic
The thing with CK is that on the official website you can find only some basic information, just some short descriptions. Luckily, many modders made great video tutorials. But the best way to learn something is opening existing mods in Fo4Edit and CK. Fo4Edit shows you what changes the mod makes and in CK you can type the phrase you're looking for in the filter window and browse how it was done. FiftyTifty
Most of the game systems are the same as in Skyrim. So look at it's version for all the tutorials: http://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Main_Page
ReaperTai
You can also do a youtube/google search for specific tutorials (like fallout4 creation kit weapon vid for example) and find many out there.

Useful for figuring out what different things do and how to structure something similar. It's how I figured out how to use scripts and enchantments.
