xpmse not showing all nodes in race menu

I have been using xpmse for a long time and all the nodes seemed to work fine for me, but for some forsaken reason my game started resetting all my mods every time i loaded a new save. i figured out the problem with that, it was the fact that I installed xpms after I accidentally uninstalled xpmse instead I tried reinstalling xpmse again but no luck it still reset everything. i uninstalled everything and then reinstalled Skyrim after deleting the Skyrim folder(s), reinstalled all my mods including the proper skeleton, ran loot, and then loaded up a clean save. my mods reinstalled to the game and I had all my modded items back. everything seemed to work fine. I play as a custom race ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62176/? ) and I used a mod from LL called egg-factory (will not post link because LL links are taboo on this site) that used the belly node. I uninstalled that mod one day to make room for another mod in my plugin list. (i am using all 255 plugins) but the belly node was all screwed up when i loaded a clean save once more so I opened the Racemenu to fix the node issue, as well as adjust the tail node a little but when i opened the race menu most of the nodes were missing as well as some options like the face-paint option in the latest Racemenu. as far as i can tell the load order is fin (I ran loot several times) and I clean my save every time I uninstall a mod.

what am i doing wrong??? i won't post a load order due to the amount of mods I have installed (262 in total) I've looked for a topic on this for hours but there is none that I can find...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you're using a custom race, the first thing that comes to my mind which would be kind of a pitfall is that your Fennec race has a custom skeleton that it comes with. In this case you would have to make a custom mod which contains your xpmse skeleton embedded in a folder structure so it overwrites the skeleton your custom race comes with.

Use a BSA extractor to take a closer look at your custom races folder structure. I'm 90% sure the modmaker added a skeleton to the files.

In this case the order in which you installed mods which modify the skeleton is crucial. I'd try and deactivate all mods which modify the skeleton. Then I would reinstall them (not just reactivate) in a different order. Do you use Realistic Ragdolls and Force? Try moving that further up and overwrite its files with the XPMSE files. Again...unfortunately without modorder this is sortof a search for the needle in the haystack. With such a long loadorder I would advise you to use Mod Organiser instead. Makes looking for culprits tremendously easier.
