Need your help with new game from scratch please .... !

Hi folks,

 

First of all, this is my rig :

- GeForce GTX 1070 8gb

- 16gb RAM

- Inter i7-6700k CPU @ 4.00GHz

- SSD drive 1tb

 

... I went nuke and uninstalled the game and nexus mod. I am in the process now to reinstall the game. I have been playing in ULTRA settings 2560x1440 ( optimized by GeForce panel ) and my fps have been ( most of time during my previous game ) 60 fps and in the city, between 35 and 50. I had 113 mods installed in my previous game; on this one, the new one that I am about to start, I am planning to drastically reduce my TEXTURES mods because I would like to install War of the Commonwealth and be able to have a good balance between quality and performance.

 

I already tried ( on my previous game ) this mod : WOTC but my fps were dropping too much and I decided to go nuke and restart from scratch all over again. Not big deal !!

 

My question for you is this : I would like to only download ONE global TEXTURE mod, either :

- GraFix

- High Resolution Texture Pack by Valius

- Fallout HD Reworked Project

- ... or FlaconOil's HD Texture Package .....

 

... which one would you go for and why ( if you may ) ?

 

I am going to only install WET ( I also had Water Enhancement ), Enhanced Blood Textures, Caliente, True Storms, Homemaker and some others to enhance power armors, pip-boy and of course, the WOTC, which, in combination with several texture mods installed, will drastically lower my fps.

 

Last but not the least, I decided NOT to install the Fallout 4 - High Resolution Texture Pack because any mod ( from above ) do much better job than this one. I did it before and I did not see anything amazing with it. Anyway guys, please give me your opinion. I do not want to over stress my video card, even though I know that is powerful but not enough I guess to handle and intensive load.
