Urgent loadorder help

so i decided to start fresh, reinstalled FO4, after uninstalling all my mods and only activating the ones i really want to mess around with. well i dun goofed because before i did this i had a strong 60.1 fps

 

now im dipping from 30 to 10 when i start moving. please someone save me
