zheng
so i had some random CTD's too... what helped in my case (i don't know if it will help you though!) was to rearrange the load order of my mods with BOSS http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6 you can give it a try ! but remember i don't know if it is a solution to your problem. you didn't mention any mods installed, so it is just a wild speculation :P
tonicmole
I'm having the same issue. Though I've had this same issue with every game ever released with Bethesda. I've also tried every possible solution only to somehow still have crashes. In my case I believe it may be the result of adding and removing mods, mod confict, corrupt cache, and corrupt save files. It can't be only one of those however, because even a new game CTD's, and the game continues to CTD with or without mods.
JoPineapples68
Ok i had this with BF 3, it was a nightmare until i learnt how to install Nvidia drivers correctly and i noticed your using Nvidia so.......are you custom installing your driver and doing a clean install?? Or are you just shoving in the whole driver package?? EDIT: Oh crap just noticed that drop down for the Nvidia and from that i see your putting in the whole package as there are 3D apps in there. OK Nvid drivers aren't drivers anymore they are programmes that specifically tell your card what to do and if you have stuff in there like 3D or the Nvid HD Audio......CRASH. Also if your just overwriting the old driver and not removing it fully IE going into the Nvidia folder and deleting any old versions, it's being compounded to the point your card may not know which one to use. This is exactly what i had on my old 9600GT's trying to play BF 3. I learnt how to install them correctly via a very long thread on the EVGA forums done by a Pro. So please confirm and if that is the case i'll post how to install Custom Clean install with only the bits you need. You also need to set the control panel right to make the driver act correctly further IE in control panel the Default for monitor is multiple, fine if your running multiple however if you only have a single display it should be set to single.
