Fallout 3 Crashes When I Try to Save at Certain Places

Okay, so, Fallout 3 crashes when I try to save, now it sounds like a corrupted save right? Well I doubt it is, because this issue only happens in certain places. For example, in one place, like on a highway overpass or in the DC Ruins I can save perfectly fine, but when I'm in front of somewhere like Vault 101, Tenpenny Tower or Megaton, the game just crashes when I try to save it, and makes that specific save game corrupted as well, since when I go to look at my save games, it is labelled as a .TMP file. I am simply at a loss for words on what is causing it, I have no idea. I'm running a heavily modded Fallout 3 that is updated to the latest version, and I'm using Nexus Mod Manager, Fallout Script Extender and Archive Invalidation. The game does not crash when I play it unless I try to save at certain spots. I've used Gophers guide for modding the game, I have a merged patch and everything, I've tried every single fix in the book including deleting every single save and restarting from the beginning of the game. I do not use any type of Auto Saving nor do I overwrite saves, and this problem has occurred on 3 different characters I have tested. The only thing I could think of is that a certain mod is causing this problem, and I don't know what to do.

This is my load order: http://imgur.com/a/1g5UY

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PC Specs, Maybe this is causing a problem? Core i5 3470S, 8GB Ram, MSI Motherboard, ATI Radeon 5850, 1TB HDD for my games.

Windows 10 64 Bit

Get rid of Archive Invalidation. It is not necessary. You have one built into Nexus Mod Manager. Look under the "Tools" tab.

Did you make the game Large Address Aware? Unless you have done that, the game will only use 2GB of RAM.

Did you do the .ini tweak that limits your CPU to two cores? Fallout 3 does not run well with more than a two core CPU.

Go back to the Blackened page are re-read the instructions. Either you did not understand them or you did not understand the Paradox Ignition instructions.

Remove all the unused plugins.

See: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/

Also you are better off using FOMM-FORK http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20107/? , NMM does not play well with FO3.

Yes I have used the Large Address Aware, and Archive Invalidation is activated through Nexus Mod Manager, and I have done the ini tweaks.

I'll go back and look at the Blackened page and see what I messed up. I'll also check out FOMM-FORK, thanks for your help so far and I'll get back to you once I'm done messing around with stuff, does it look like my load order needs to be adjusted by B.O.S.S. at all?

I am not familiar with all the mods you are using, but it is always a good idea to run BOSS at least once, then make any necessary adjustments.

Okay I figured out what the issue was! For some reason it was DC Interiors causing the crash, I have no idea why it was doing it, but disabling it worked and the game no longer crashes, I'll have to look into why it was crashing, because I've used DC Interiors multiple times, and it has never caused issues >:T

I think I figured out what the problem is.

I think loading too many .esm files can cause game crash, because once I get past a certain number of .esm files, the game crashes in certain places, does fallout 3 have a ESM limit?

FO3 has a limit on the total number of both .esm and .esp files that it can handle.

The problems can start as low as 100 total files in the data folder. The total files include the base game and DLCs.

Adding enhancements that do not have either an .esm or .esp (such as texture replacers) can also impact the total number.
