Dark vampire heads

I'm running into an issue where most/all vampires show up with darkened heads (there is an obvious border at the base of the neck). I'm sure it's some conflict between mods, but I'm stumped as to which one(s). My load order is below; I use LOOT regularly and I think every mod has been cleaned with SSEEdit. Any thoughts?

I'm 99% sure the problem existed prior to the last five on that list, but it was a fresh game and I rarely saw many bloodsuckers. ;)
