First up I doubt there is anything wrong with your rig.

 

Here are two screenshots that should help you with NVidia Control Panel set up (in Win 10 accessible in the bottom right of the toolbar pile of bits somewhere...)

Since you can launch and use the game, my experience with this sort of crash came through Skybound Watch Pass near Helgen, where the damn game just flat crashed if I tried to enter the dungeon in the north or south entrance.

The crash was similar to yours: instant black screen and then desktop. I never traced the fault, doing all the usual removing mods (etc). My suspicion is that there was a bad mesh installation in the basic game files but tracing it was impossible.

 

In the end I re-installed the game and my mods, and that completely cleared the problem.

 

Another thought is: have you the game installed on your C: program files location? That can cause a lot of issues and it is advisable to move the game to another install location.

 

Also, make sure your anti-virus is set to avoid checking files on the fly for the Skyrim folders - make it an exception. That activity can cause a number of issues.

When I restarted my game, I made sure I used TMM 1 in the console to get all the map markers, and then I travelled all over the place to make sure I had no crashes where I had them before. Once I was satisfied, I felt happy to start the game again.
