If you let it decrease, the health will declein, and you will "die." Nothing happens except the number is a 0. Magic: I have no idea what this is modified by. Exp.: Every time you post, this raises by two. Reach 100 Exp., and you level up. There's a thread on this somewhere, but I couldn't find it with the Search function.
