".Enable" Script

Hello all, Just having trouble with the .Enable script atm. Im hoping to do something similar to house improvements (or cropsford from Oblivion) where you essentially buy static objects that get enabled in game. I'm able to script the dialogue of the guy you buy the impovement from, but after several attempts, am beffudled at how the .Enable script is supposed to work. If you know of any other in depth tutorials dealing with this or if you know the proper implementation please let me know. Thanks!

 

I'd eventually like to do one of those Fiefdom improvement mods that everybody seems to want XP
