Can no longer 'Mark All as Read'

I used to be able to mark entire forums as read, now it tells me I don't have permission. Is it because I've blocked all Google cookies? Edited July 10, 2017 by TheMastersSon

btw we answered our own question and it's yes.

 

Also stumbled on a few articles from 2014 and later that explain why virtually everything not directly related to buying counterfeit crap from China has vanished from the face of the Earth:
