monsto
http://imgur.com/a/LNGHA I'm not sure exactly where the problem is, but i can't seem to make this go away. i've made this go away 2 times in the past by 1) deleteing /Data/shadersfx dir2) un/reinstalling ADEC [edit] i had typed up a bunch of mod-based t-shooting steps i have taken, but it's for naught really. I uninstalled all mods, removed the existing mesh and textures dir, and installed adec and it's still there. I'm as certain as i can be that it's not the mod because it was working perfectly earlier today. "what did you do before it broke?" If i could figure that out i wouldn't be asking these questions. Oh and while i'm at it here. . . is there a console command to reload shaders/textures? so when working on texture data, i can use the game to check progress. MShoap13
Are you using textures that go along with that ADEC body mesh? Either textures for another body mod, or the textures from the Official HD DLC pack could cause this issue. If you're using the Official HD Texture pack be sure to load it via your .ini and not through the two plugins that come with it. I've already verified cache.
MShoap13
Find some ADEC specific textures and install them. They should automatically override anything packed in a .bsa. Alternatively, you could try unpacking the HD texture pack that contains the body textures in question, removing the body textures and then repacking it into a .bsa with the CK. This could take a decent chunk of time. Edit: After adding the HD Texture .bsa's to your config, you did remember to deactivate the plugins correct? The game loads resources in a specific order (.bsa archives in the config, in the order they're listed; unpackaged resources in the file system; .bsa archives added through plugins) and whichever loads last takes precedent. monsto
in the "skyrim data files" dialog that you get from the launcher, they're shown as items 2 and 3 on that list. nmm shows it a little differently, as being items 4 & 5 after Update, Skyrim , Skyrim Monster Mod. in both windows they are unchecked... and it's working. wait lemme see if i got this straight. . . if checked in those dialogs, they can't be overridden, but in the ini they load properly and ARE overridden... is that correct? MShoap13
That is correct. Hence placing them in the .ini config is considered a solution to using replacer textures with the Official HD Texture pack. Also, you may want to avoid opening the Data Files section of the Skyrim Launcher at all. Oblivion, FO3, and FO:NV all had issues where even opening their Data Files sections would resort your mods by date causing issues ranging from broken mods (due to conflicts) to CTD on startup (due to loading .esp plugins before their .esm master files).
