LE No Kill Options Please

I'm annoyed that when enemies say "I yield" and ask for mercy, if i give it to them, they simply recover for a minute then come back to attack.

 

Can someone make it so that they just run away after having yielded?

 

I'd like Hired thugs to offer to settle disputes with Hand-Hand combat rather than with weapons. And have it play out like the brawls in the Bars. If you lose you pay them, if they lose they leave you alone.

 

I'd like a spell similar to the Ice Form shout but with much longer effects. Maybe 5 minutes, so that i could in theory escape a hostile town or enter a dungeon and incapacitate the enemies without having to kill all of them.

 

 

Any of these would be nice to have.
