I'm going insane (stuttering and low fps)

I've been all over the internet: forums, youtube tutorials, anything you could imagine, tried so many suggestions and nothing. Maybe a minor fix, but mostly nothing. Unless there is some magical tweak I have yet to find out, I guess I will have to result to deleting mods in order to improve the playability of my game. I have a lot of them, but it will be hard to choose because I use all of them both for aesthetic purposes (I want to make videos) and interesting gameplay. If anyone would take a look at my load order and tell me which are the nastiest culprits I should get rid of, or any other suggestion, that would be great. As for ENBs, I use Stakado Cinematic ENB (C version - High Performance) with the latest ENB binary.
