Less Weather?

The weather effect in the Witcher 3 are great, aren't they? But with all the rain and storms every spot in White Orchard, Velen, Novigrad, Skelige, and Kaer Morhen, should be emerald green and under water. If its not stormy or raining its dark and overcast and I'd love a mod that just delivered less. Let's say two sunny days for each wet or dark day because I've lived in the tropics where it rained every second day and that was rain forest or jungle as it is commonly known. Velen may have swamps but it isn't thick mangrove and jungle. I just want a mod that allows me to appreciate the weather instead of dealing with poor visibility continuously.
