Invisible Items In Workshop Fallout 4

So I play with around 70 mods or so and for some reason several items are invisible. I can see what they are and what they cost but there actual texture is invisible. Whats strange is that ONLY vanilla items are missing. Mods that add in settlement items all work completly OR don't even show up at all. Below are my mods and mod load order.
