Build menu missing categories

Alright, so here's the deal. Last night I decided to streamline my mod list by deleting old and less than spectacular mods. After that was done, I decided that I wanted to try out a few new ones including the full Sim Settlements with expansions. I also installed Pilgrim and a dozen or so others. Now my build menu is missing the structures category. I can't make anything new and I can't test out the sim settlements mods at all.

 

Look, I know I goofed somewhere, but there must be some kind of fix out there for this. Please help. I don't want to have to reinstall the whole game and all my mods over something like this. I have attached my current load order in case it helps in any way.

Messed up build menu is more due to uninstalling a mod improperly than it is to the new mods. You probably forgot to use the "uninstall chem" before unistalling something (Snap'n Build, maybe).
