Add plugin dependencies to xbox1 upload

How does one add requirements to other mods in an xbox1 upload? I assume that if I add dependancies to the pc version of a mod (even if that mod also exists in FO4) then an error would occur upon loading up that mod on the console.


In other words, if I want to add a weapon in a mod to a custom leveled item list in the ck, how would I get the xbox to recognize the dependency on the weapon mod? And how do I select the weapon that I would like in a leveled list, out of a plugin meant for the xbox?


As another example, how do I upload a character preset that uses, say, an azar ponytail?
