Some questions about Bound Weapons

I am thinking of making a character the uses conjured weapons. I was thinking of making her someone who gets elven armor early on, and then eventually moves up to glass armor, and would have her use one-handed weapons and a shield (or maybe dual wielding), as well as use a bow that is a bound weapon that she summons. I want to use the bow for the occasional stealth attacks and for fighting dragons when they are not on the ground. I want to use a mod to help make the bound weapon bow more powerful.

I was wondering, do things like rings or circlets that fortify marksman affect the power of the attack from bound bows? Would fortify marksman potions do the same? If such things can affect bound weapons, I might just go with bound weapons only and skip physical weapons.

If things like circlets, rings, and potions don't increase the attack power of bound weapons, could I still do really well with bound weapons if I get the better bound weapons mod and the PPE (plentiful perks expanded) mod?

Are there potions or mods that allow for a bound weapon to stay around longer? I don't want to use the permanent bound weapon mod.

I found out enchanted apparel affects bound weapons. There is a mod that allows for maces and one-handed axes (not found in Vanilla Skyrim). Does anyone know if enchanted apparel for one-handed will work on these bound weapons from the mod?

Also, I looked at two TES wiki pages, and couldn't find out from them whether or not potions can affect bound weapons (like fortify marksman). Does anyone know?
