Odd, not really, problem using courage

Here's the thing.

I like to use courage on my companion to level build, (which no one else does of course), but now when I do the game will CTD if I use it too much.

After 5 or 6 hits with courage is all it takes.

Always either 5 or 6.

Not enough of a problem to want to see if the source is a conflicting mod, I was just wondering if anyone else has this?

The fix is easy. Just like the old doctor joke!
