Memory allocation trouble / CTD

I've had a memory allocation problem with my Skyrim as of late. I've tried nearly everything already. I've made a bashed patch. I've used the skse.ini file and added the memory patch. I have also used the crash fixes edits. I've also used ENBoost with no difference at all. I hope I've done all that right.

I just don't know what the problem could be and what I must do. It seems as though I'm already at my limit with over 100 plugins. Currently, I don't understand how people can have a ton of mods and still have things working and I want to see what can be done. Maybe a single mod is the culprit I just don't know.

Here is my loadorder:

This is an example of what I get when I'm in an outside area like Whiterun. This also happens just about anywhere while outside. Sometimes it CTDs without any warnings. I changed the DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB to 1280 in the skse.ini file and that seemed to allow me to actually play the game for just a minute and didn't crash right away.

Your loadorder is all messed up mate. You have to sort it by hand. My guess is that LOOT caused that messy loadorder. You have an amount of esps loaded which gets more messed up than ordered with LOOT. You will have to sort them by hand.

There is a sticky in the forum about how to sort your loadorder.

Sort your loadorder and then play to test your setup.

In addition I would like to strongly advise you to use Mod Organiser instead of NMM, if you dont do so already.

I was afraid of that. I wasn't aware how much Loot would actually mess up my load order. From what I saw it was a good thing to use in general but now I know. I'm guessing it's just my load order causing those problems? I guess I have work to do. And yes I am using Mod Organizer.

Also is that sticky called "load order and you"? I don't see anything else concerning load order.

The link is here:

At the moment it is hard to say if fixing your loadorder will actually solve the problem. But in any case you need a solid foundation for your game. A messy loadorder will lead to instability and possibly also to the problem at hand.

You are reaching a point where your amount of mods (and its only the esps I see...replacers go on top of that) is approaching the "red zone". If you dont take good care of loadorder and other things your game might ...implode....(not literally ;-)

I updated my load order but I'm still having problems with it. I tried to follow what was in that forum link the best I could but the same things still happen. I played for about 15 minutes now until it crashed which is an improvement from crashing right when I'm out in Skyrim. Maybe I should try a clean reinstall? I remember having massive texture problems before but actually being able to play during another time I installed Skyrim. I still wonder if a certain mod is going berserk or something. It's hard to tell.

Here's my load order now: https://pastebin.com/iYfpxAtw

I could use some more advice on load order because I still don't quite get it. I just moved the plugins into categories like described more or less. What more can I do?
