Greyling
My husband and I share one gaming computer. We each have a separate Windows user login and separate Steam accounts. We also both have Skyrim (which I have purchased twice). Since Steam installs all games into one set of folders (steamapps), mods that I install overlap with and mess up mods that he installs. Is there any way to get around this? I want my mods separate from his.
Ferodaktyl
you could use NMM to manage your mods, that if you don't dl them from Steam WorkshopSimply uninstall your mods when finish your session ( it takes a couple of minutes) and install them again before playing. Same for his mods.Or you can try making a back-up of all your skyrim folder. ( more time consuming)
