Why isn't there the ambient music in my mod?

So I am in the progress of making my first mod, and it is a large new area. It has lots of action and stuff, but there is no music in the background, so it feels really empty. I placed one or two audio markers in some areas of the mod, but even if I'm in the range the audio marker covers, it still doesn't play any music. What am I doing wrong?

You have to add a media controller to your audiomarker.
