[BUG] Weapons lowering when moving

This may seem strange but I need help identifying a small but annoying problem I'm having.

 

I must have installed a mod that lowers the player's weapon when walking, but now I want to get rid of it, and I can't find any trace of that mod anywhere in my files. I use NMM, but I don't have any mods that would affect this aspect of the game, or so I think.

 

Is there any script name or something that I can look for to fix this? It has become annoying in combat when I'm strafing and my gun automatically lowers itself. Then once I fire it pops forward, then back down again immediately after.
