Sarethi Farm Region FPS Dead Drop

Hey Guys,

Need to ask a small favor, it would appear that since the new update for both my graphics card (Driver Ver. 295.73) and Skyrim came down the pipe that suddenly the Sarethi Farm area has turned into a pit of abysmal FPS. I average out about 40-60 Fps outdoors, during heavy fight scenes that may hit 30. However for some reason, in this particular area it drops down to about 4-6 FPS when ever i turn to face a new direction. Ive already tried disabling all my mods and that failed to make any difference. Modifying my settings does not have an impact either.

My Specs are:

Intel Core 2 Quad 9600 @ 3.2 Ghz

Gigabyte GTX560Ti SoC @ 1Ghz Core

8GB DDR2 800 (4x2Gb Sticks) @ 933Mhz

Intel DP35DP Mainboard

Seagate 9200.12 1TB

Cooler Master 900W PSU Modular.

I also have two extra exhaust fans in there to keep to temp low (I also tried turning off all the overclocks but all that achieved was lowering the performance - to be expected i guess haha). Anyway im quite eager to hear back from any of the blokes on here that might be a bit more knowledgeable than myself, i can usually fix these by myself but this one is either blatantly obvious and im missing it or actually a little bit more complicated. I originally thought it may be a object having a ragdoll physics fit somewhere but i cannot seem to find it if there is.

Thanks!

Hey!

Thanks for the reply, sorry it took so long for me to get back to you (Work is getting 'entertaining'). Anyway, i installed that mod and tried it out, it still seems to be happening. I also tried the no glow version and it still does it.

However i did note something, it isn't a consistently low frame rate whilst in that area, it only drops when i turn to face a new direction, once i stop turning the frame rate returns back to normal. But its only in the Sarethi Farm Area. Weird huh?
