Milosav
Honestly I don't know why Bethsada hasn't given us the option to level as much as we want. I think this is a horrible system that forces you to play at a pace set to you by the game, instead of how you like. In short... When you accumulated more than 1 level (2,3 or more) when you hit level up it forces you to progress all accumulated levels. First when you select a stat to boost, (mana, health, stamina) quickly spam press the button to get you out of the perks level up menu. You all probably know this, but that alone won't help you since you are left without perks. Because if you go back to the perk tree it will just continue leveling up. Now use the trick to exit the perk level menu in combination with this mod.http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33200/? Essentially this adds a separate tab for perks in your mod configure tab in the pause screen. From there you can do with your perks what ever you want. Note this is not a cheat, it just lets you access perks outside of the level up tab. You wont get perks to spend in the new tab before you level up at least once and get your new perk point. This does however allow you to rearrange your already spent perk points. The reason I posted this is because I know how many people are frustrated by this issue, and STILL in 2017 there isn't a mod that does something about this. This is a much simpler solution than wasting time torturing yourself with console commands every time you want to level. The only tricky part is exiting the level screen fast enough before having to choose the next base stat. But you get a hang of it in time.
