Carah
I followed the great tutorial from the TES Construction Site: Simple Companion Tutorial. It was a lot of fun, but too easy. I knew there had to be a catch. Whatever city I place my companion, when my PC enters that city; that is when my game kicks me out.I know it's my mod, because when I disable it in data files everything is hunky-dory. I'm usually good at problem solving these kind of things, but I guess I'm over my head on this one. I need the experts. Any ideas to why this is happening? Any ideas to why this is happening?I have not created any companion mods and this particular scenario does not sound familiar (such as being to suggest looking at anything). I can only suggest looking at it from an object-level. If your mod includes custom NIF and DDS files, try replacing them with stock vanilla versions just to prove they are not "messing with anything" If you mod is just a single plugin, use TES4View and see if it has any conflicts with currently installed mods.
