ghosu
I'm pretty sure it would help if you would be more specific...since there are plenty of tutorials around (board, youtube) they should keep especially a beginner busy for weeks/months. So your "Pls help me" without any more information might sound like you want to create a whole new game inside Skyrim with new sounds, models, quests and whatever but you just learned how to handle Paint...so someone shall explain you word by word how to do the "rest"
JPF55
I have watched about 20 different youtube videos over creating dungeons, npc, adding costume weapons/ armor (only name/attack/ ench.), connecting dungeons to out side world. All the basic stuff. Now i would like some help with more advanced things like skins, quest integrations, that stuff
1355970
Well, i don't know about your aptitude, but after i watched all the tutorials of creationkit.com- and did everything for practice - yesterday, the next thing i did today was to redesign Dovahkiin Hideout Compact, adding a new NPC to it etc. So i would suggest you to go to creationkit.com, and not just read/watch tutorials, but to actually work along them, because watching something doesn't make you proficient, repeating the steps you see does! JPF55
i watched and did all ten videos, i have made 3 npc and add my own variation of the silver sword, and add a recipe and temper to that weapon. I would like to add more detail to those items and npc like new skins and deep detail to the nps AI
d0kefish
If you want to add more details to a weapon. You can either do this in the Creation kit, if you are talking about detail as in enchantments etc. If you want to add details such as a new mesh entirely. You need to do that through blender or 3ds max. There's a bunch of tutorials on this aswell. If you dont want to go deep as to add new meshes, you could just edit the textures. SkjoldBjorn
If you want to add custom apparance to weapons or your own unique modeled items, you need to learn how to use the modeling programs 3dsmax/blender ,for texturing :photoshop/gimp and nifskope, you also need to go through the tutorial that shows you how to import/export from/to skyrim. There are tutorials here on the forum that will point you to the right direction if you want to learn some of the process. re-texturing on the other hand is a little easier since you will be working in 2D and you will have finnished UV maps to work with, at least if you have some good background with photoshop or gimp.If you want to model you will also need to learn how to make your textures for example, so learning this from scratch could take some time, i would suggest to learn texturing first however so you can get to be familiar with nifskope and the for example photoshop/gimp. Sunnie
First thing to do is start at the beginning, which is deciding what exactly you want to change. If all you have decided is that you want more detail, you need to stop there and figure out exactly what it is that you want to change and what you would like the result to be. Being vague will not help you reach your goal, nor will it really allow people to advise in the area you need help in.
