Slowfalling Ring/Amulet

Hello all,

 

I know there are some mods out there that add spells to the player which when cast prevent injury when falling, for a set period of time. However, I would like to create an item of clothing, ring or amulet, with Constant Effect, which when equipped prevent the player from injury when falling from a height. Can anyone tell me of a way to achieve this, please?

A very great fortify agility and acrobatics should do the job.

Thanks for the suggestion Faithful Poster, but my character already has his acrobatics and agility maxed out to 255. Can you please tell me if there is a way to increase these values above 255?
