Some menus are blank such as when a successful speech check is made and combat can crash. Such as the radroach during the bb gun segment at the beginning of the game. You should be using B.O.S.S. for FO3. https://boss-developers.github.io/ Download it from GitHub. You must read the entire mod description page. There is important information there. Some pages even contain sample load orders. You must read your load order an not have duplicating plugins, like the two FWE restore tracers plugins. Use only one. Before adding any mod file, you must understand the instructions for installing and using the file. It is evident that you either did not understand the instructions for using Blackened or the Paradox Ignition merger of MMM. Compatibility patches must load after the last mod being patched. For a stable game, you should not have any mods active until just before you exit Vault 101. The only files that should be in your load order are active files.
