It looks like the body mesh is missing from the clothes/armor nif. You will need to pull them up in outfit manager portion of ( SSE ) bodyslide to add it.

i'm not sure how to do that with skyrim se, there is no bodyslide info when i open bodyslide

Use the Outfit Studio button in bottom right. There are numerous tutorials on the site this that will help you far more than I can.
