No, it's completely a greedy Bethesda issue. They removed it from the game, which is retarded.

 

Enb had the awesome idea to add additional terrain parallax.

s#*! man, why have they done that? Makes no sense, as well as reducing the Audio Quality. Why? To save a few Dollar working time? Come on, there is no sucessor until 2020, maybe even longer.

We want Parallax Mapping! And we want no limited light sources! The new consoles as PS4 Pro and XBox Scorpion could easily handle that.

I have an idea. On the bridges of the SE, there is a small parallax effect. I don't now why, but i guess it's related to the angle of the meshes? Could there be any way to make it happen, that this effect appears also on normal, flat roads?

Is that a vanilla bridge? Blended roads and real roads mods bring bridges and roads with polygons for road stones.

Mind if I interject? I am by no means an expert, but I share your frustration with Beth over the parallax issue. Thought I'd mention that solutions are being discussed on other sites as well. After googling the topic I stumbled across the mention of a solution on the "Page That Shall Not Be Named." Might toss this around.

Maybe we should create an internet petition, and spread it through the internet mods forums, maybe that's closer to get Bethesda's attention. Greetings Pfuscher, your mods are my favorite, thank you for your great contribution...
