I have no idea what perk affects its damage, big guns, gunslinger, or rifleman. This goes for a slew of other weapons, we never truly know what perks an author will attach to his/her weapons. MaxShadow09 Posted August 3, 2017 Share Posted August 3, 2017 (edited) As far as I know, there isn't anything like that. You'll have to check the ESP in FO4Edit. I think the perks are applied via keywords, either in the guns or the mods. So a pipe pistol with automatic receiver is affected by Commando, and one with semi auto long receiver is affected by Rifleman. Check the keywords applied to default vainilla weapons and mods, and then compare them to the ones in your custom weapon. Edit: I just took a quick look at the vainilla perks in FO4Edit. These are the keywords used by the main perks:Rifleman: WeaponTypeRifle, NOT WeaponTypeAutomatic, NOT WeaponTypeHeavyGunCommando: WeaponTypeAutomatic, NOT WeaponTypeHeavyGunHeavy Gunner: WeaponTypeHeavyGunGunslinger: WeaponTypePistol, NOT WeaponTypeAutomatic, NOT WeaponTypeHeavyGunIf your gun or one of its possible attachments use those keywords, then it will be affected by the perks.
