Your best bet is to do it yourself.You forgot to add that his "ideas" are really just ripping off from someone else and trying to apply it to a game for which those ideas are not suited... But I guess adding that could have made it sound a bit too negative. Anyway, yes, it would require too many new, completely custom elements for it to be practical, even if you had a team of skilled persons, and several years to devote entirely to this.
