Invisible Armor in game

The textures in 3dsmax, nifskope and geck are showing up fine, but when i get into game and equip it my body goes invisible, i have tried to follow atleast 3 different guides many time and none of them seem to cover this issue, any help would be so very much appreciated. Also i am very new at this whole scene so go easy on me thanks
