Some mods not working

Which ones aren't working for you?

With things like poco bueno texture pack and enhanced Blood texture you have to have your graphical settings at high or ultra for them to show up properly in the game.

It might also be because you didn't put them into fomm properly. Not an expert on it as i've only recently gone into modding new vegas after spending an eternity with oblivion. but you might try uninstalling all of them and reinstalling with NMM. for small jobs like this it works like a charm.

Also Mission Mojave has to be as high as possible in the load order unless another mod states that it needs to be the highest one. and i've noticed one or two complaints about mission mojave being incompatible with such and such mod, willing to bet that kind of talk was an issue on the modders part, not the mod itself. but it might be something to look into at any rate.

and if none of this works for you try uninstalling and reinstalling individual mods one by one and see if there's any conflict there.

Let me know if any of this helps.

My configuration is mostly at ultra settings.

And i re-activated many others after not seen in game, but nothing has changed, even though FOMM tells me that x mod is successfully installed.

Still not any mod is viable on my gameplay so far, not any trace from them.

Also Loading first Mission Mojave didn't make any sense unfortunately.

I read all their readmes before even installing them, but there shouldn't be any conflict as i don't even have 2 mods that modifies/improves the same thing.

Thanks for the reply though.

Have you activated Archive Invalidation? You have to do that for the game to load loose data files, otherwise it will only use the files in the BSAs. Archive Invalidation (AI), can be toggled in FOMM and NMM (I think). Or you can download a separate utility to do it

loose data is irrelevant as you are activating the mods in FOMM

nice gift from Bethesda -- stay away from the "launcher" unless you need to change a setting that requires the launcher to set

otherwise the launcher turns everything off

Actually the problem may be causing because of whenever i wanna try to start New Vegas from FoMM, it just open Steam, and not the game itself, my version is not supposed to be a steam one. So how could i drop the association of my New Vegas with Steam ? Any idea would be helpful, thanks....
