Return of the Map CTD

[Kepora]

I'm not quite sure when this really started, because I didn't have this problem until a ways in to each file I've been having this problems with - one of which is a level 8+ and the other which is 50. Long story short: I try opening my map while indoors, game crashes to desktop with no warning or other actions. Just kaput - gone. And since you guys need to know, here's my mod load order:

I've lately been messing with visual mods, ENBs and Vivid Weathers and the likes to try and improve my game's visuals. if that has something to do with it, then please - someone tell me what all I need to get what I need to remove, what I need to change, all that fun stuff. It looks fantastic, but it can get confusing very, VERY fast, and I suspect that may be how I broke my game.
