Sniper turret ploppable settlement asset

There's a shotgun turret, so why not a sniper turret that does large amounts of damage to enemies at long range?

I have 14.5 and 20mm sniper turrets I got from some mod, it might be this one: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11465/? If not, well the missile turrets are good at sniping too :P

Missile turrets have splash damage that sometimes damages/kills your settlers as well as settlement objects.
