DeathOfTime
This has been a frustrating experience. i wish i knew enough to help with the mod manager, and or site. every time i want to download a mod i have to go through edge. i was hoping the manager would handle browsing. thinking exchanging mod lists and being able to set mod load order in those lists would be nice. might even already be a thing. i am still learning the manager. messed up a lot on trying to use it and a list from a blog post. kept getting the mod order wrong. finally just gave up, for a bit. it was interesting learning it. that it handles so many games is awesome. thinking that isn't a easy thing to do. i have no clue what is going on. when i try to load the site though http the site won't load. even had the plug in turned off that forces https. might have to try completely disabling it next time. i normally use firefox. i have always found my experience with it better then the other browsers i try. HashMap
It wouldn't hurt putting the message from the first post into the error window :teehee:
courtneyfrb
I seem to be having the same problem as DeathOfTime. Though, it doesn't matter if I try a manual download or using the NMM, I still get the "An error occurred" message. I'm also using Firefox. HTTPS disabled. I can download through Explorer, but if possible I'd much rather not use it. It's probably just a browser problem, but I figure it can't hurt to ask for advice. So yeah, any advice on this? Also, I can't for the life of me figure out how to attach a screen shot. The error's basically just an empty version of the normal pop-up you get when you download something, outlined in red with "An error occurred" in red font. tegthelord
using Chrome, no plugins, i get the https "error has occured" messagehowever, if go to http version of page, it says i'm not logged in, and won't let me log in either, no matter how many times i (correctly) enter my username and password, making half the mods I use unaccessable. also "download via manager" does nothing on HTTPS or HTTP. Broken :(

Broken  Hey tegthelord. Try logging out and disabling HTTPS Everywhere for our website. Then clear your browser's cookies and cache. This should resolve the issue. If not, please let us know. Benmc20
Don't know if you have done anything, but HTTPS works nicely by now. And, no I don't have HTTPS everywhere activated anymore. So, thank you.
