[LE] NPCs sleep indefinitely when using Sleep Package

What hour? They need an hour to start and then the duration. So say if the start hour is 11pm and the duration 8hrs then they'll hit the sack at 11pm and wake up at 7am.

So it works only if I specifiy the time to start the package? I send them to sleep dynamically when a certain event is triggered, so this is not an option for me. I solved this by using quest stages to set a timer for sleep.
