Removed mods and lost textures

So I downloaded a bunch of mods for new vegas but didn't see one or two needed dlc which I don't have. I disabled the mods and the game runs but I think I lost some textures because I said yes to replacing files and then removed the mods. Do I need to wipe everything, redownload the game and download only the proper mods or is there a way to fix the loss of some textures and files.

If the textures, now removed, were replacing Vanilla textures then normally your game should go back to Vanilla textures.

 

If the textures were replacing custom textures from mods, you should find which mods they were replacing and reinstall only those ones.

If you got FNV from Steam, then just verify the integrity of the game cache. Verification makes sure that the vanilla game files are good to go. :smile:
