ghosu Posted March 2, 2012 Share Posted March 2, 2012 Rule 1 if you see a sign that you don't know: Hover your mouse cursor over it...and you will see that this is a function to report the mod if there is something wrong with it like copyright issues or illegal content and such stuff. Staind716 Posted March 2, 2012 Share Posted March 2, 2012 It sounds like you are talking about the icon in Nexus Mod Manager. That means there is an update for a newer version of that particular mod.
